Cancellation Policy

We will gladly exchange a defective DVD for the same DVD purchased.

All DVDs are shipped from Phoenix, Arizona, USA, and we offer the following shipping methods:

DELIVERY TO THE UNITED STATES AND CANADA: We ship to any address in the US & Canada (including post office boxes) via regular USPS or FedEx Ground (depending on the cost per shipment). Packages can
take 5 - 10 business days to arrive and are shipped "ADULT
SIGNATURE REQUIRED" in order to accept delivery.

DELIVERY TO INTERNATIONAL COUNTRIES (excluding Canada & USA):
International shipments are sent via USPS Global Priority Mail.
Packages can take 7 - 14 business days to arrive and are shipped
"ADULT SIGNATURE REQUIRED" for you to accept delivery.

Please note: We usually process all orders within 48 hours (excluding holidays, vacations, and weekends). The above delivery information
is a guideline. We do not guarantee exact delivery dates.

The use of "ADULT SIGNATURE REQUIRED" is for all of our protection.
So, please ensure that you are shipping to an address where an
adult (18 years of age & over) will be available to sign for the
package -- or the package can be held for pickup.
